It is a simple to use ice cream machine. There is no ice and salt to be cranked like the traditional ice cream makers.

Apart from various ice creams, there are various flavored yogurts also that you can prepare, there are a few recipes in the book that comes along. You can make flavored yogurts e.g. coffee yogurt also from plain yogurt.

Cleaning it might not be easy and there can be scratches in the bowl when dishing yogurt or ice creams. It also can make some noise while operating.

Another issue that can happen is the ice creams sticking to the sides if it is frozen solid. If this happens, then you should scrape it regular intervals during the freezing to not let it stick to the sides.

You will need to freeze the bowl as at room temperature the ice creams might not freeze fast. The colder the bowl, the faster the frozen yogurt or ice cream will be made. The longer it takes to freeze the ingredient, the changes of forming ice crystals increases.

There are instructions in the manual for preparing the freezing bowl.

The unit can get heated and stop in such cases. But this is not often.

For its price, it’s one of the best machines for ice creams and frozen yogurts. It does work well for the functions intended and takes away a lot of pain away from the traditional ice cream makers.
