The bowl needs to be frozen before using it and freezing it takes from 16 to 24 hours. It contains the refrigerant liquid and so not doing this step can result in disaster. The ice cream mix if chilled also is good and reduces the time to prepare.

This ice cream maker machine gets rid of the ice and salt drill that was needed in traditional units. This makes preparing ice creams and frozen yogurts at home very easy.

Any alcohol based preparation should add alcohol in last 2 minutes as otherwise it can lower the freezing point and cause problems.

The paddle is made of plastic and can get stuck if you do not remove the contents immediately.
