Review
The basic benefit of VitaClay is that is is made of Zisha clay. Zisha is natural earthen substance found in China and is rich in iron oxide.
For making yogurt, a minimum of 1 quart is must. So this is useful when making a larger batch.
For cooking other stuff, it has ability to delay the cooking time from 10 minutes to five hours. This is useful as you can plan to get your food ready when you want to eat it. There is an automatic warming cycle feature as well which can keep the pot of cooked food warm for up to 12 hours.
The clay lid is hot after cooking and picking it can be difficult as there is no proper handle.
